A very long time ago, I posted a video from kidrobot in which they promoted their Munny. Now, they’ve released a second video and I love it just as much as the first one. If you missed Kidrobot’s first video, click this link to watch it.
I LOVE kids. And a toddler speaking French with a strange, but vivid imagination is the best thing I’ve seen in a long time. I can’t stop watching the wide eyed girl. I love how she says “crocodile” and “giraffe!” I just want to keep her for myself. ^___^
The next two posts are going to be a little artsy in an “lets appreciate the contributions that random people bring to the world” kind of way. Here, a video titled: Pause, created by a member in the vimeo community. It places a frame on the spot and pauses a moment in frame. I thought it was quite peaceful and the music added a soothing touch to it.
It seems this video community has only recently emerged onto the scene and I love it. No offense to youtube, as I have posted lots of great videos from the site, but I just don’t like it. It’s open to too many “boneheads” and I’m tired of everyone wasting countless amount of hours watching videos without a purpose. [I'm being rather harsh, aren't I?]
Vimeo however, has a flickr feel to it. People should know I’m obsessed with flickr. Therefore, to me the comparison of these video sites are like comparing photobucket to flickr. Plus, vimeo has HD! If you want a more “serious” community, I recommend you check it out.
I’m not sure who the singer is, but I found this video on the “internets” and I felt the need to share. I think that it sends a clear message about the cycle of violence and I only wish that such a simple video and concept would have a more effective impact on our society.
Vivian is the winner!! I’m sorry I didn’t tell all of you, but we created this video to show you the proof… and then it took longer than we thought to edit, etc. But VIVIAN congrats, I’ve got your snail mail, your package shall be sent out tomorrow morning.
