Kidrobot has just announced an upcoming release that has me feeling giddy all over. Tara McPherson’s “Gamma Mutant Space Friends” blindbox series will be released on April 23rd, hosting 2 well-known characters (Ace and Ion), along with some new kick ass characters. I have officially decided that I want; Ace, Ion and the Dracula looking character in the middle.

Tara’s series will have a total of 12 characters– ten of which are regular ratios and two chases. I wonder what the chases look like. Each blindbox will cost you $7.95. No word on how tall they measure, but I’m guessing they’re anywhere between the 2″-4″ range. I want, I want, I want. I have such a crush on Tara– I can’t wait for the signing (because, who are we kidding, she’s got to have a signing, right?)!
