About three weeks ago, I was lucky enough to see the works of two street artists, WK Interact and Invader. I’ve only recently been introduced to WK Interact’s works, although, it seems I’d seen his works throughout the city without realizing it– and thanks to a flickr buddy of mine, I’ve been caught up in snapping “space invaders” from Invader for a while.
When I walked into Levine’s Gallery, I didn’t quite expect the massive works that were in front of me. Through a couple sneak peeks, I knew what to expect from Invader’s section, but WK Interact took me by surprise. The canvasas were huge and the brush strokes were so coarse. Hit the jump to check out photo slideshows for both shows.
