On Friday, I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to hang out with Simone Legno at the new Tokidoki Capsule Shop in SOHO. If you recall an earlier post last week, Saturday was the Grand Opening of the SOHO shop and Simone along with his PR team set up a somewhat private press junket on Friday. Although, I was running a little late to my scheduled time, I got there just in time to interview Simone. The beginning is a little difficult to listen to, so I’ve written the gist of his answers, along with links to references in case your interested. Hope you enjoy. The Quick 5 Questions:

1. Favorite Book: Norwegian Wood, the book actually got it’s title from a Beatles song.

2. Favorite TV Show: 80′s Japanese animation– Mazinger

3.Favorite Music Artist: Depends. Mentions “The Dead Kennedys,” but he’s “well-rounded” with his music taste.

4. Favorite Superhero: When he was younger, Doraemon. Within the American heroes, Spiderman and mentions the Robot in Mazinger too.

5. Favorite Food: When in New York, he had to order Spaghetti, or Linguine with clams and black mussels. He also enjoys Sushi, but really loves Italian.
