kaNO!

This past Friday, one of my favorite artists, kaNO! dropped his latest vinyl figure: Bodega. I’d been posting about Bodega’s upcoming release for a while and on Friday with DJ and artist on hand for sketches, it finally hit the streets!

Normally I’m always thrilled to attend shows and toy releases, but this show was a little different. I got loads of sweets and snacks that I hadn’t come across since I was in the 8th grade. My very favorite was the availability of the quarter waters, which is the “juice” that kaNO’s Bodega is based on. I drank one, and quickly began to question my taste pallet– I mean, the drink really doesn’t taste good, but, it was cool to drink one after all these years.
