Sam Flores for Upper Playground
I posted about the new Upper Playground shop that opened up in my neighborhood last week, and I believe I was also very clear about how excited I was to finally be able to see their products in person. Tomorrow, I hope to stop by at a decent hour and try to find the New Era hats above. I’m really into Sam Flores (Fatima, left), who designs numerous products for UP and really want to own some kind of apparel from him. I know that hats are technically not apparel, but I can’t get enough of his characters. In addition to the hat above, which costs $45– I’m interested in a bag they have at the shop.
The bag is a thick black canvas bags that hosts an image of Fatima with a shower of flowers? If I do pick this up, my girls are going to flip. My 6th grade girls are keeping track of all the bags I take to work. They’re beginning to realize I’m a total bag lady. haha. If you’re interested in picking one up yourself, it’ll cost you $40.
