Oh, I swear, Flickr is the best place to find out what artists are up to. Charuca has recently added pictures of a custom she did for the House of Liu show at the APW Gallery. The show will be August 22nd, and will host numerous DiDi and MeiMei customs. It seems the designer, James Liu, has sent one of his blank babies around to different artists. Her name is “Kill Love.” In Charuca’s description, she’s the warrior of broken hearts. Oh, I think everyone should have one of her lying around– it’ll handle unfavorable break-ups for us, no?

If you don’t know much about Charuca, you should check out both her flickr and website. Her work’s cute factor is off the roof and she really is such a kind person. She always responds to comments/emails, and that is sometimes something not found in artists. I can’t wait to see what other’s come up with for the APW show.
