I Heart Cool Stuff

So the fellas over at Cerulean Studios are working on the next “Ultimate Instant Messenger” and this brings way too much delight to my life. I am addicted to my Trillian, it’s just that fabulous. Trillian is a program that integrates ALL your messaging programs into one. Instead of logging on to multiple programs and having dozens of windows open, you create a core account and input your login information for all the sites and that’s all you have to deal with. The new Trillian is going to include Google Talk and even Myspace IM. I don’t use the myspace IM, because I think half the world is oblivious to its existence, but GOOGLE. I want to scream like a little girl. Currently the Astra (the newest version) is still in beta testing. Check out my screen shot. You can now make it look similar to iChat, but BETTER! I shall let you know when its available to everyone.

I thought I would start the very first post of 2008 with a couple shows taking place in NYC. The artists are some of my favs, as I have mentioned countless times before. The very first show will be the release of Tristan Eaton’s Tag Team dunny. It will be available in two colorwaves, pink and black, and they come with an additional fat cap- hence the ‘tag team’ title. I like the black colorwave a lot more than the pink. It may have something to do with the kick of blue in it. Who knows for sure. Hopefully I’ll have cash to pick one of these up for myself. The show will be on Thursday, January 17th, in NYC and the 18th in Miami. Hopefully I’ll see some of you there. This will officially be the 3rd time I meet Eaton, let’s see if he remembers me. He was sort of induced with liquor when we spoke BOTH times, so I won’t hold it against him if he doesn’t remember me. Hit the jump to see what other shows are coming up.
