I would like to go on the record and say that Munny’s are my favoritest vinyl. Dunnys are awesome too and clearly the shape that has put Kid Robot on the map, but I like monkeys more than I like bunnies x) With that said, I also have a great appreciation for the unique works that people create with the munny form. I myself tried to do a custom munny, problem is, I went into it rather blind. I didn’t know about the prep work and other valuable tips to create my own artwork. Anyway, there are a couple of sites that focus on customs and I really want to expand my “customs” category. I think I may start posting weekly custom jobs. To start this trend on my site, I will share this kick-ass custom that Plastic and Plush wrote about.
Do you recognize him? If you play video games, the nostalgia is instant, but if you don’t- the little guy above is Bomberman!! I thought the artist did an amazing job, though– my Mr. has commented on how the little (=’s) make him look sad. If you didn’t play this during it’s early years of existence, no worries. I own a ps2 version, which I believe is still on sale– but I really recommend purchasing the xbox live version. Signing on and then killing all your friends is loads of fun.
