 McPherson Sketch

Clearly, I’m about 2 weeks late on this post. Please bare with me as I post a million things in one evening. I met Tara McPherson about 2 weeks ago now at KRNY. I’ve sort of been wanting to meet her for a while since she’s got this twisted and almost morbid type of style. My best description of how I feel for her is sort of like, the female version of Tim Burton in the vinyl world. I had classes that evening, KR continues to arrange signings on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays so I need to leave class early and then race against time and subways to get downtown ASAP. I did make it to KR just in time to get her to sign my book. Unfortunately I didn’t have a camera and she didn’t have much time for a sit down. But here’s the sketch she did in my book. I thought it was cute, but I hope to catch her again and chat for a little bit. And then let my eyes twinkle for her. *_* She’s so pretty.
