Hmm… So what’s this? I do believe it is another image of the Joker’s mayhem. I thought this was actually quite funny. At first I was like, well; “Sure it’s rude to draw on the president’s face, but at least he’s paying for things.” Then I realized that the bill is fake, notice the “Why so serious?” remark. That Joker, he’s such a joker. Ok-ok, whatever; I am totally wack!
