I must say that getting used to my new work schedule is a pain in the booty! I am just not sleeping. I took a nap today, *gasp*! I never take naps, but two days in a row, I can’t keep my eyes open. Anyways, I share this information with you because I haven’t been updating as often as I’d like to. I do have lots of things I want to share with you, but I’m super tired to sit still and write. Last week my dad messed up the wireless router so I can’t even lay down and work… so I apologize.

Now, to the sneaker update (<– you should know that when I wrote those words, in my head I said, “to the Bat mobile”) A while ago, not that long ago, I brought news of the DC Bape sneakers, they have officially been released and unfortunately the only site I know that sells them is in Japanese. Blah! But I loved their packaging!! I needed to share, especially since they’re packaged like my vinyls; easier to take care of them. Check it:

I think its possible that I may need to start shopping from this new site. I have a number of addictions, at the end of the day we’ll just have to declare me and official shopaholic. But a couple of weeks ago, I was going through some site and I ended up on: I ♥ Guts! website, and I instantly got a kick out of their products. My favorite one? This, “I’m a liver not a fighter” t-shirt. It’s so funny!!!

I am one of those people that sits throughout a movie like, The Inconvenient Truth, and become completely motivated to try and rescue the world. I have a dream; yes, like MLK Jr.; where I start a cycle like the one from Pay It Forward, one of my favorite movies by the way, and we all come together for the greater cause of helping humanity. Currently at my job, one of the most exciting activities is that of our efforts to fund raise money to help an endangered species; basically, you get the point. I like to help the world! So, going through my blogging adventures today I came across the following video of a kick ass billboard that makes me want to change the world again. Check it out!

Alright, since I’ve been tracking the Vans sneakers collaboration I thought I would upload the newest pictures to the Simpsons sneakers set to be released this Saturday. I will provide the address to the only store in NY that is set to sell some of these sneakers at the very bottom of this post.

I am a very big fan of anything cute that can be used to decorate anything I own. Currently on my Helio Ocean I have a munny and Jack Skellington dangling on a strap. I love them both. My munny is French and is holding a lollipop. I love it. While going through my “feeds”; as I have joined the new era of Google Reader to subscribe to my favorite blogs; I came across the little fellas pictured here. Do you know how amazingly cute they are?

Turns out that they’re actually phone straps that you put your SD Card in, as the picture below demonstrates:

I think this would make an awesome phone strap to have with me… and I am honestly working my butt off searching for it. Problem is the makers of these very nifty SD storage phone straps are based in Korea– guess what that means? Their site is also Korean, except for some useless words that were translated into English. Blah!  So if you can read Korean, please figure out how to purchase these fellas here:

I have a very weird obsession with robots lately, I can’t help it. I adore them. I am very excited for the Pixar movie (Wall.E) that is to be released next summer, because already there is a cute robot on a mission. I keep getting robot pendants, and try to search for robot plushies, and there are a couple shirts and hoodies I want… you get the point. I love robots. One place that I didn’t think I’d see robots though, was the kitchen.

The following are some robot plates that were forwarded to me. First of all, the colors on the plates are super bright and happy colors. Then there are background patterns that keep me distracted, and then to top it all off there is a different robot on each plate!!! Gosh, I so wish I had my own kitchen and home to serve people some yummy food on these plates. Wait no, I lied… I’d want to put them on display in some fine China cupboard. Currently a set of 4 plates runs for $28 (breaking it down to $7 per plate), to be quite honest I wouldn’t mind spending that money. You can find them over at Persuitables. Super yummy cupcake pillow. Have you noticed that when you begin to get interested in a specific thing, suddenly its popping up all over the place? What I mean is, I have sort of gotten into this cupcake fever situation since I got my cupcake necklace from iHotto. So suddenly cupcakes are popping up everywhere. I do have to say thanks to my Mr. for forwarding these nifty things to me, but this pillow is simply awesome. Although I’d want to eat cupcakes all the time… though I also have to say that this cupcake is pretty expensive. It currently runs for about $66 at Sofa Garden.
